How long does delivery take?
Most orders are prepared within 4 to 7 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the UK and EU, and 6 to 8 business days for the USA and other international destinations. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order has been shipped.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Riders Republic UK offers free worldwide shipping on all orders. For the UK and EU, customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. For the USA and other regions, local import fees may apply depending on your country’s rules.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-measure items cannot be returned where legally permitted.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We review every case properly and will help if the item is damaged or materially different from what you ordered.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the Size Guide before ordering. Leather should fit properly across the shoulders, chest, waist, and sleeves. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order and we’ll help you choose the best size.
